1.6 million bottles of wine were destroyed at the GoodWine warehouse near Kyiv
As a result of hostilities, the warehouse of Kyiv’s GoodWine, the largest wine shop in Europe, was destroyed in the village of Stoyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region. The area of the warehouse was 10,000 square meters. It stored wine, spirits, food, beer, water and soft drinks, home accessories, books, and decor.
“There were 1.6 million bottles of wine in the warehouse, including 15,000 collectibles,” the company said. GoodWine estimates the total amount of losses at €15 million.
