11 important infrastructure facilities were damaged. There is a blackout in some regions
As a result of the massive morning attack, at least 11 important infrastructure facilities in 8 regions and the capital have been damaged; some regions are still without power, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reported on Facebook.
He added that some of the first Russian targets were a playground, museums, and educational institutions. In his opinion, the main goal of these war criminals is to evoke panic, frighten, and leave Ukrainians without electricity and heat.
“All services are working on the ground, we are promptly restoring our infrastructure. We will do everything to restore all facilities as soon as possible. We thank our rescuers and medics, who are currently saving people’s lives at the epicenters of attacks. We thank our energy workers, who restore power to cities under shellings. Let’s keep going!” concluded the prime minister.
