116 Ukrainian defenders freed from Russian captivity

Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners of war, with 116 Ukrainian defenders returning home, Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office Andriy Yermak reported on Telegram.
“We were able to return 116 of our people, Mariupol defenders, Kherson partisans, Bakhmut snipers, and other heroes,” stated Yermak. According to him, these are 87 soldiers from the Armed Forces, including two from the Special Operations Forces, eight soldiers from the Territorial Defense, seven from the National Guard, six from the National Police, five from the State Border Guard Service, two from Ukrainian Navy, and one from the State Emergency Service. There are two commanders and 114 privates and sergeants among them.
