14 countries named streets and squares in the honor of Ukraine
Within the campaign Ukraine Street, about 20 streets and squares in 14 countries have been named after Ukraine as a sign of solidarity, informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
After the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ukraine began work on renaming the streets abroad in cooperation with the Ukrainian communication agency Be—it, which is the part of consulting group One Philosophy.
At first, it was proposed to rename the streets in which Russian diplomatic and consular offices were located.
