15,000 Ukrainians are considered missing after the Russian full-scale invasion started, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, wrote on Facebook.
“Just imagine, the fate of thousands of people is unknown. Some of them may no longer be alive. Their relatives are all looking for them, and the families suffer endlessly from the unknown,” Ukrainian ombudsman said.
