20% of Ukrainians left the country because of the Russian full-scale war

Almost five million Ukrainians became displaced persons within their own country; more than seven million, which are 20% of the actual population of Ukraine, went abroad, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets announced.
According to Lubinets, 13 million Ukrainians are forced to live in temporarily occupied territories or areas of hostilities, and almost 8 million Ukrainians found refuge from the war in other countries.
