23 Russian torture chambers were found in liberated Kharkiv region

According to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi, twenty-three torture chambers have been found in Kharkiv region, three in Kherson region, and one in Donetsk region. Eight torture chambers were discovered in the town of Kupiansk alone.

Ukrainian authorities are going to identify those directly involved in torture against Ukrainians. “Today, the police have over 25,000 hours of audio conversations of invaders where they talk about their crimes,” Monastyrskyi noted.
