30-meter-long Ukrainian flag was unveiled in Canada to mark a year since Russia started its full-scale invasion

“A year of resilience” flash mob to mark the upcoming one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of the country was held in Canada’s capital Ottawa.

“Together with the community, with the Friends of Ukraine diplomatic group and our supporters, we unveiled the Flag of Ukraine. We also flew many flags of our true friends, who stand with us shoulder-to-shoulder in this unprovoked and unjustified Russia’s war,” the statement of Ukraine’s embassy in Canada reads. Canada’s governor general and representatives of embassies of different countries took part in the event.
