454 localities liberated from Russian invaders in Kharkiv region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 454 localities in Kharkiv region, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, stated on September 27, 2022.

He informed that in the recently liberated Balakliya, the electricity supply has already been restored for 77% of the city residents.

Also, 14 police departments, 78 rural health posts, 23 local self-government bodies, and 10 Ukrposhta offices have been re-opened within the Kharkiv region’s liberated areas.
