68 Ukrainian rescuers killed during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and five were held captive by Russians

During the full-scale war with Russia, more than 200 rescuers were injured, and 68 officers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were killed, Head of the State Emergency Service Serhiy Kruk informed on the air of the national telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Therefore, as of today, 68 rescuers have been killed, 201 rescuers have been injured, and five are held captive by Russia,” Kruk said. He emphasized that recently, the SES units had been under fire extremely often.
