72% of Ukrainians see the future of their children in Ukraine

According to Gradus Research, 1.5 times more Ukrainians see the future of their children in Ukraine. Despite six months of the ongoing war, which has negatively impacted many aspects of people’s lives, the percentage of people who would prefer their children to live in Ukraine has grown significantly. In August 2021, it was 48%, now — 72%.

Consequently, the number of Ukrainians who want their children to live abroad has decreased from 26% in 2021 to 10% in 2022. The United States, France, and other countries of the European Union are among those where Ukrainian children’s future is imagined.
