8 people were killed and over 20 injured in the Russian strike on Lysychansk as civilians were collecting water from a cistern

A Russian attack has killed at least eight civilians in the eastern Ukrainian city of Lysychansk as they were out collecting water, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported.
“Today in Lysychansk, the Russians fired on a crowd of people with Uragan multiple rocket-launchers, as civilians were collecting water from a cistern,” Haidai posted on Telegram. “Eight residents are dead, including one child, 21 have been taken to hospital.”
