8-year-old boy raised $2,000 to help the Ukrainian army by singing on the street

The 8-year-old boy from Chernihiv, Serhii Moroz, collected UAH 64,000 (approximately $2,000) for the Serhiy Prytula Foundation, which helps the Ukrainian army. It is currently the largest children’s offline donation to this charity organization.

“The biggest children’s offline donation is from Serhii from Chernihiv. Serhii is eight years old, he just sang Ukrainian songs on Val street. He sang so well that he collected as much as UAH 64,000 for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and brought it to the headquarters,” the report says.

Serhiy Prytula Foundation says that the money given by the boy will be used to repair the captured Russian tank, which will destroy the Russian invaders.
