A hotline for Russian military who want to surrender has been established
A 24-hour hotline has been established for Russian Federation servicemen who wish to surrender safely. It was reported on Telegram by the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
“As part of the activities of the Coordination Headquarters, a Unified Center and a 24-hour hotline have been established to receive appeals from Russian military and their families. This is a continuation of the official project to educate the Russian military on the benefits of laying down weapons and protecting their health and life,” the message says.
