A shepherd dog from the defeated Russian division began to serve Ukraine
The Ukrainian National Guardsmen from Mykolaiv now have a trophy dog. The Shepherd named Maks served in one of the units of the Rosgvardiya, which surrounded one of the Ukrainian villages of the former Novoodesky district. When Russian servicemen were defeated, their dogs fled the village. One dog was sheltered by villagers.
“We found the dog with a collar. Camouflage is as in the Russian army, with embroidery 5.45 “Defender,” this collar’s firm K9 is used in Russia for special forces. This has been verified,” — said a serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine “Coyote”.
It is hard in the village now, we live at the expense of the farm, and cows. But we’ve seen what happened in Bucha and other cities, money is worth nothing compared to this. The dog had to be given away to benefit from it,” — said Valentyna Boidysh, where the dog lived.
According to Valentyna, she misses the dog, but she is confident that Maks will serve the military well in defending Ukraine. Maks is a Belgian Shepherd, the dog is about three years old, and he is in excellent physical shape. The animal is already teaching teams in Ukrainian.
