Aggressors’ decision to back out from encircling Kyiv is misleading
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine claims that the invaders are trying to deceive by the so-called ‘withdrawal of troops’ and their backing out from a plan to encircle Kyiv.
General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: “The withdrawal of units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the territory of Kyiv and Chernihiv regions continues.
According to some indications, the aggressors are regrouping units to focus their main efforts on the Eastern front.
At the same time, the so-called ‘withdrawal of troops’ is probably a rotation of individual units and is intended to mislead the military leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and create a misconception that the invaders have abandoned their plan to encircle the city of Kyiv.”
