AI helped to detain 200 criminals

During the all-Ukrainian telethon Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin informed the following:

“We are stepping up work at checkpoints, using artificial intelligence systems. In particular, more than 2 million people have already been entered into the databases used by the police. They all are members of illegal armed groups, criminal groups, deserters, etc. Thanks to this database, about 200 people were detained in two weeks and handed over to the Security Service of Ukraine.”
