Almost 50,000 people stay in Luhansk region without electricity, water, and mobile communication

“Luhansk region is completely out of electricity. Yesterday the orcs destroyed the last working substation. Mobile communication is also almost missing. Only generators and Starlink stations in humanitarian headquarters help out,” the press service of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration informed.

As the gas supply is broken, locals cook meals over a fire.

There was no centralized water supply for about a month. People set up showers in the streets near their houses. State Emergency Service teams deliver water. In towns, stationary water tanks have been placed; village residents use wells to get water.
