Almost half of the energy system in Ukraine is out of operation due to Russian attacks

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said at a briefing that Russia continues to launch missile strikes on Ukraine’s civilian critical infrastructure. Thus the aggressor country wages war against the civilian population, depriving it of light, water, heat, and communications in winter.
