“Alternative Dimensions”: National Museum in Lviv presented NFT-collection of unique works from its funds
The NFT collection “Alternative Dimensions” was produced by V-Art and the Andriy Sheptytskyi National Museum in Lviv (NML). The money raised by the sale of NFTs will partly go to rebuild the museums devastated by the Russian invasion.
“The NFT-collection “Alternative Dimensions” was established by the Andrey Sheptytskyi National Museum and V-Art. It features 26 works by distinguished Ukrainian and European painters from the NML collection. Every piece of art (ancient and contemporary) is displayed in a virtual gallery and available for purchase as NFT on the V-Art platform. Part of the proceeds will be used to strengthen the security system of NML, further digitize its funds and support the functioning. The other part will go to restore museums which suffered during the full-scale war, in particular, the Chernihiv Regional Art Museum named after Hryhoriy Halahan,” as informed in the National Museum in Lviv.
