American philanthropist Howard G. Buffett will donate money to buy electrical equipment and generators to supply energy to critical facilities in Ukraine
American philanthropist Howard G. Buffett offered to donate funds that would be used to buy electrical equipment and generators to provide critical facilities in Ukraine with energy, the Office of the President of Ukraine reported.
Howard G. Buffett met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and also discussed the possibility of his participation in the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund, which the Ukrainian government is currently working on, as well as in private projects in Ukraine.
The President awarded the philanthropist with the Order of Yaroslav the Wise of the V degree for his significant merits in strengthening interstate cooperation, supporting state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and a remarkable contribution to the popularization of the Ukrainian state in the world.
