Angelina Jolie visited Ukrainian refugee children in Lviv region

Hollywood star and Special Envoy to the UNHCR Angelina Jolie visited the training and rehabilitation center for children “Harmony” in the city of Boryslav, Lviv region, on May 1, 2022.

The actress and her team came to the children with gifts. She hugged children and talked to them, including children who were evacuated from Luhansk region. The day before, she visited a medical facility where children affected by the missile strike in Kramatorsk are being treated.

Angelina Jolie arrived in Ukraine on her initiative. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, she has expressed support for Ukraine and Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes due to the war.
