Another 12 Ukrainians returned from Russian captivity

Ukraine returned 12 Ukrainian citizens from Russian captivity, Ukraine’s Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported on April 3, 2023. Among the returned are seriously wounded – three military and two civilians. Servicemen were captured, in particular, in the battles near Bakhmut, the villages in the Donetsk region, and the Luhansk region.
