Another Russian torture chamber was discovered in Kharkiv region

On September 23, prosecutors of the Dergachiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv region, together with law enforcement officers, found the premises of the “police” of the so-called “LPR” in the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv district, where the military of the Russian Federation and the pseudo-republic were based, the statement of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine reads.

In the basement of the pseudo-law enforcement agency, the invaders kept people and tortured them before taking them to the Russian territory.
