Armed Forces of Ukraine repel more than 120 Russian attacks in five directions over the past day

As the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported, over the past 24 hours [on Mar. 20, 2023], Ukrainian defenders repelled more than 120 Russian attacks in Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka, and Shakhtarsk directions.

“Over the past day, the enemy launched 21 airstrikes and nine missile strikes, one of them — on the town of Sloviansk. No civilian casualties were reported. Another missile strike was launched on a civilian infrastructure object in Kramatorsk. Seven apartment blocks and three private cars were damaged. Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties. Also, the Russians launched 57 MLRS attacks,” the report reads.
