“Battle tanks are on their way to help Ukraine”
A plane with the first Leopard 2 tank to help Ukraine on the battlefield left Canada.
“Battle tanks are on their way to help Ukraine. The first Canadian Leopard 2 is en route. Canada’s support for Ukraine is unwavering,” Minister of National Defense of Canada Anita Anand wrote on Twitter.
In total, Canada promised to send four Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
