Bayraktar drone bought for Ukraine with Polish donations to be named in honor of Mariupol

The Bayraktar TB2 combat drone bought for the Ukrainian army with Polish donations is ready for shipment, Polish journalist and public figure Slawomir Sierakowski reported.

The UAV was named ‘Marik’ in honor of Mariupol. “Our Bayraktar will be called ‘Marik’ because that is where the residents of Mariupol say they intend to return after it is liberated,” wrote Sierakowski.
