Famous British band ‘The Kooks’ recorded the song with Ukrainian group ‘Epolets’ in support of Ukraine.

According to the statement of The Kooks on Facebook, a song called ‘Freedom’ is an attempt to explain to the world what tragedy Ukrainians are experiencing right now.

“This song is about all the Ukrainians who have now lost the ground under their feet but have not lost themselves and believe that they will rebuild their homes,” stated The Kooks.

The poster to the song is based on the drawings made by a little girl Solomiia on the wall of a bomb shelter where she spent a month.
