Bulgaria recognizes military aid to Ukraine as constitutional
The Constitutional Court of Bulgaria recognized military aid to Ukraine as constitutional.
The court rejected the petition of pro-Russian deputies who demanded to block the decision of the Bulgarian parliament to provide such assistance.
The case was opened at the request of 50 MPs from two pro-Russian parties. They demanded the parliament’s decision to provide military assistance to Ukraine be declared unconstitutional.
