Chernihiv resists despite losses: 60 dead and 400 wounded
The mayor of Chernihiv: “Two-thirds of the city has no hot water and no heat, in some areas there is no cold water. The situation is extremely difficult, but people work around the clock. We have about 400 wounded. About 60 people died.”
