Chervona Kalyna, a radio station dedicated to Ukrainian musical culture, has been launched

In Ukraine, a new radio station called Chervona Kalyna was established to broadcast data about Ukrainian music culture and the history of modern Ukrainians. The radio will be broadcasting classical and contemporary Ukrainian music, e. g. Wellboy’s shooting songs, Kurgan & Agregat’s mustachioed funk, Stas Koroliov’s spring songs, DakhaBrakha’s, and Oleksandr Vertinskyi.

Currently, the team is collecting wartime stories from Ukrainian soldiers, volunteers, immigrants, and anyone subjected to Russian military aggression. To take part, one must use a dictaphone to record the experiences and email a short audio recording.
