Comics about “Ghost of Kyiv” will be released in Japan

A manga — Japanese comics — about the Ukrainian air legend Ghost of Kyiv will be published in Japan. Ghost of Kyiv is the legendary pilot, howling in the sky above Ukrainian capital.

“There are rumors that a pilot nicknamed the Ghost of Kyiv is serving in the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on his account there are many shot-down aircraft of the countless Russian army. Here is a diary of his fights,” reads the description.

The comics can be pre-ordered from the Melonbooks website. The price is ¥785 ($6,25). The manga will be released on May 5, 2022.
