Concert for Ukraine: more than £13.4m raised for humanitarian effort

The two-hour fundraising effort, held at Birmingham’s Resorts World Arena, was set up with the aim of raising funds for the Disasters Emergency Committee (the DEC) to help with its ongoing Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Musicians including Tom Odell, Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello, and Nile Rodgers helped raise millions for Ukrainian victims of Russia’s war. Tickets for the concert were sold out in 45 minutes.
