Costa Rica joins coalition of countries supporting creation of special tribunal for Russia

Costa Rica joined the coalition of countries to establish a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba reported on Twitter. “Costa Rica has decided to join the Core Group on the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, bringing the total number of states to 34,” Kuleba said.
