Cultural institutions in Ukraine will gradually resume their work in April 2022

According to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, cultural and artistic institutions — theaters, operas, and concert halls — will gradually start operating in Ukraine on April 1, 2022.

“Culture is a soft force. It is able to return Ukrainians to normal life in the new military reality,“ is said in the statement. Each cultural institution will prepare its own program and work according to its own schedule.
