Death toll in the Russian missile strike on Zaporizhzhia has risen to 17

The number of people killed in Russian missile attacks on Zaporizhzhia on October 6, 2022, has increased to 17 people, as reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on October 8, 2022.

The emergency and rescue works at the site of the destroyed residential buildings continue. Rescuers managed to get 21 people out of the rubble, and 12 of them were taken to the hospital.
