Denmark allocates additional €40 million to purchase more weapons for Ukraine

Denmark will allocate an additional €40,3 million (DKK 300 million) for the purchase of weapons and equipment for Ukraine, the Embassy of Denmark in Ukraine reports.
“Ukraine’s fight for freedom is also our and Europe’s fight for freedom. Therefore, the government, together with the parties in the Danish Parliament, has decided to donate an additional DKK 300 million to Ukraine. The government will continue Denmark’s support for the Ukrainians both in financial, military and humanitarian terms,” says Minister of Defense of Denmark Jakob Ellemann-Jensen.
