Despite war: Ukraine sends rescue group and equipment to Turkey

Ukraine sent a group of rescuers and equipment to Turkey to assist in the earthquake aftermath.

According to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, almost 90 rescuers and 10 search and rescue dogs will start working as soon as possible to eliminate the consequences of the earthquakes.

“Ukraine provides a helping hand to Turkey. Our specialists have the necessary experience and equipment. Their skills will definitely help the Turkish specialists. We express our condolences to the people of Turkey and the families of all the victims. We share your pain and remain by your side in this tragedy,” the Ukrainian Interior Minister emphasized.
