On Feb. 18, 2023, the Russian occupiers hit a military facility in Khmelnytskyi and shelled eight more regions, according to the reports of the Regional Military Administration, summarized in the publication of the Ukrainska Pravda.
In particular, regarding Khmelnytskyi, yesterday morning, the enemy struck the city of Khmelnytskyi twice, hitting a military facility and near a public transport stop. The blast wave damaged eight multi-story buildings, three educational institutions, seven private houses, and eight business facilities.
