During the evacuation of a psychiatric hospital in Kharkiv, the Russians began shelling it

Medics attempted to evacuate patients from a psychiatric facility in the village of Strilecha, close to the Russian border. During the withdrawal, however, the Russians commenced intense shelling, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informed.
There are more than 600 patients in the hospital, and only 30 of them were evacuated, Syniehubov said.
According to preliminary statistics, Russian shelling killed four medical professionals and injured two patients.
