Enemy troops applied phosphorus munitions in Popasna, Luhansk region

First Deputy Chief of the Kyiv Patrol Police: “Secret, destructive, ugly force. That is what fascists called Brennende Zwiebel (hot dome, – red). That is what Russian nazis send onto our towns. Huge sufferings and fires.” 1977 Protocols to Geneva convention prohibit the use of phosphorus munitions if the safety of the civilian population is threatened.
