EOD technicians have destroyed 10,000 items of ordnance in Kyiv and the region in March 2022

Specialists from the police together with the emergency services have already seized and destroyed 10,000 pieces of munition in the capital and the Kyiv region, informed National Police Press Service.

“During March, within Kyiv and the Kyiv region, specialists from the explosive ordnance disposal service of the National Police of Ukraine together with their colleagues from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have seized and destroyed about 10,000 pieces of ordnance of various types. Unexploded ordnance is destroyed by specialists in a controlled manner in specially designated places”.
