EU adopted the fifth round of sanctions against Russia

On April 8, 2022, the European Union formally adopted its fifth package of sanctions against Russia since the country’s invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. It includes bans on the import of coal, wood, chemicals, and other products.
