EU should use Russian frozen assets to help Ukraine

The European Union should use frozen Russian foreign assets to help Ukraine, stated Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas. — CNN reports.

“We have over $292 billion of frozen assets and how we can use them in benefit of Ukraine,” said the Estonian Prime Minister. Kallas added it is time for the EU to move ahead with making the aggressor pay.
