European Comission: Ukraine belongs in the European family

European Commission posted the artwork of artist Costel Patrascan on Instagram and said — Ukraine belongs in the European family. “The country’s application to join the EU is an expression of their will and their right to choose their own destiny. In June, we opened the pathway towards us by granting them the candidate status. There can be no better sign of hope for the citizens of Ukraine, in these troubled times. Ukraine now has homework to do before moving to the next stage of the accession process. But we are convinced that they will all move as swiftly as possible and work as hard as possible to implement the necessary reforms,” European Commission said.
