Finland allows Estonia to transfer howitzers and shells to Ukraine

The Finnish government allowed Estonia to re-export D-30 howitzers and shells to Ukraine.

The number of howitzers for transfer will remain a secret. Estonia needed Finland’s permission because it’s related to the weapons it has purchased from Finland.
