“For Ukraine time is measured not in hours, but in human lives”

In an interview with Tagesspiegel, former President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid has called for providing more military support to Ukraine. “If Ukrainians say that they need fighter jets, then we should help them,” Kaljulaid said.

“I also understand Ukraine’s impatience. For Ukraine, time is measured not in hours, but in human lives. Every day spent on thinking brings Ukraine’s victory on the battlefield further away,” added Estonia’s ex-president.
