France will send 1,000 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine

During her visit to Ukraine, Minister of Foreign Affairs of France Catherine Colonna announced a new humanitarian aid package to Ukraine. On September 28, 2022, more than 1000 tons of humanitarian goods will be sent from the French port of Marseille to the port of Constanţa in Romania and then transferred to Ukraine.
The package includes: fire and rescue vehicles; 19 tonnes of equipment (rescue, clearing, and protective equipment); medical aid; food aid (60,000 food rations, 48 tonnes of prepared meals, and 13 tonnes of milk); emergency repair equipment: 5 emergency generators, construction equipment, and tarps; more than 200 meters of emergency bridges for quick repair of Ukrainian civil infrastructures, etc.
