G7 countries expand aid to Ukraine to $44 billion
Following three days of negotiations, the finance ministers of the G7 countries suggested increasing economic and budgetary support to Ukraine to 44 billion dollars for 2023 and the beginning of 2024. This was reported by Bloomberg.
“We call for an immediate end to Russia’s illegal war against Ukraine, which would remove one of the biggest uncertainties regarding the global economic outlook,” the ministers said in a joint statement.
