Greece supports the creation of a special tribunal for Russia’s crime of aggression against Ukraine

Greece has joined the coalition on the creation of a special tribunal for Russia’s crime of aggression against Ukraine. Thus, 30 countries have already supported the initiative, Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba told Ukrainian television.

Ukraine promotes the idea of creating a special tribunal against Russia because the International Criminal Court can only deal with war crimes committed by individuals; it has no jurisdiction to prosecute for the crime of aggression.
